Williams has been struggling with a foot injury since mysteriously cutting her foot in Munich back in July, which eventually required her to have surgery to repair a damaged tendon.

She was pictured only last week arriving at an NFL  game in Miami on crutches, and with her right foot in significant plaster.

Sportsnewsfirst.com.au understands Williams has told organisers she will not be attending the mixed team event because of injury, and they are now scrambling to find a replacement.
